Reset your Cloud My Office Password

If you forget your password, or you would just like to change it, go to and click Desktop Login in the top right hand corner of the screen. Under the login form, click the link that reads “I forgot my password or need to change it.”


On the next page, enter the email address associated with your Cloud My Office account and enter the text that you see in the image. Finally, click “Send Password Reset Email.”


In a few minutes, you will receive an email from us to change your password. It will contain a link that you need to click to reset your password. If your email client does not allow you to click the link, copy and paste it into your favorite web browser.

You will be directed to a page that will allow you to enter and confirm your new password for Cloud My Office. Remember that your new password must be at least 6 characters long and have a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character. Click “Complete Password Reset” to change your password.
