Login to Cloud My Office
Before we can go any further, make sure you have downloaded and installed the Citrix Receiver client. You will need it to be able to access Cloud My Office. We have provided a link on the login page for you to retrieve the appropriate download for your operating system.
Once Citrix Receiver is installed, you will enter the email address and password associated with your account. If this is the first time you are logging in, you will want to use the temporary password that was emailed to you to access your account.
LAUNCH YOUR DESKTOP
When you login, you will be presented with a list of applications and desktops that your account administrator has given you access to use. If you don’t see a program on this list that you should have access to, contact your account administrator so that they can get you access.
To load a desktop, click on one of the two desktop icons. These options allow you to load your desktop in either full-screen mode or windowed mode.
Cloud my Office can be accessed on many different operating systems. Support operating systems include Windows, Mac, and Linux, as well as mobile operating systems like Apple iOS for iPad and iPhone, Android, and Windows Mobile.
Now that the desktop has loaded, you can access your programs through All Programs in the Start Menu. You can also access your Cloud My Office shared drives, as well as drives attached to your local computer by going to Start and selecting “Computer.”
To exit out of your desktop, just choose Start then Logoff.
Say you would just like to load one application and not your entire desktop. You can do that from your application list. Just click on the application you would like to launch.
